By using the services provided by Dhaka Softwares, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Dhaka Softwares specializes in website design, digital marketing, and mobile app development. The scope of services is outlined in the project proposal and any additional agreements between Dhaka Softwares and the client.
Upon acceptance of the project proposal, a detailed project plan will be developed and presented to the client. Work on the project will commence upon receipt of the initial payment as specified in the proposal.
All payments must be made according to the payment schedule outlined in the project proposal. Dhaka Softwares reserves the right to withhold services or suspend work until payment is received. In case of overdue payments, Dhaka Softwares may charge interest as specified in the project proposal.
Upon completion of the project and full payment, the client will own the intellectual property rights to the deliverables. Until full payment is received, Dhaka Softwares retains the right to use and showcase the work for promotional purposes.
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of this agreement. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services performed up to the termination date.
